FAQs
Q: What is magnetic
therapy?
A: Magnetic therapy has been around for thousands of years and is
known to reduce stress, and relief pain. It is a form of alternative therapy
and it works by modifying the way our blood flow inside the body. As is known,
there are traces of iron in our blood, and when magnets are placed near the
body, the flow of blood gets accelerated bringing in more oxygen and at the
same time displaces the toxic byproducts of the body metabolism. For more
understanding please do read up more on this form of treatment. One good source
is the wikipedia. As like other forms of alternative treatment like acupunture,
TCM, Qiqong, and other Traditional herbal therapy, science has not fully
understood and mastered all aspects of it, and there are still alot of
inconclusive studies.
So you have to make your own judgement call and decide for
yourself, and use your common sense.
Q: What are the side
effects?
A:
There are no reported adverse side effects, although some have reported feeling
nauseous, dizzy and some symptons of flu during the initial stage of using the
product. This could be due to the person taking time to adjust and adapt to the
magnetic field, and varies from person to person. Do not wear it overnight when
first using it if you have these symptoms. As your body adapts, you can try to
wear it overnight. It is advised to drink plenty of water to help in the detox
process.

Q: Can I wear the bracelet
together with my watch on the same wrist?
A:
You may of course, but it is totally not advisable. This may cause more wear
and tear and more scratches. The bracelet is just a fraction of the cost of
your expensive watch, and you definetely do not want your expensive watch
scratched. Your watch may also be mechanical wound, or quartz and may be
affected by the magnetic field. Hence do not wear it together on the same
wrist.
You may wear the
bracelet on one wrist and the watch on the other.
Q: How do I set the
bracelet length?
A: You may set the desired length of the bracelet by visiting
your favourite watch seller, the same way you set the bracelet
length of your watches. Normally it costs between S$3 to S$10, turn on your charms and some may even do it for you free of charge.
